Job Summary

This position is designed for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of software solutions for clients, with a focus on property tax systems. You will manage client data, identify implementation challenges, and ensure successful translation of requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead software implementation efforts for newly contracted clients, ensuring accurate data formatting and system configuration.
  • Identify and address implementation challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to identify gaps in software functionality and work with the Implementation Manager to resolve them.
  • Assist in creating client-facing documentation detailing implementation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Support continuous process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of property tax knowledge and prior software implementation experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience organizing and processing client data for software import.
  • Familiarity with tax software and relevant regulatory processes.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify solutions.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, depending on location and experience: Colorado: $88,000–$140,000, Washington: $88,000–$155,700, California: $88,000–$170,300, New York City: $106,500–$138,400.
