Job Summary
This position is designed for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of software solutions for clients, with a focus on property tax systems. You will manage client data, identify implementation challenges, and ensure successful translation of requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation efforts for newly contracted clients, ensuring accurate data formatting and system configuration.
- Identify and address implementation challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collect and document customer feedback to identify gaps in software functionality and work with the Implementation Manager to resolve them.
- Assist in creating client-facing documentation detailing implementation processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.
- Support continuous process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of property tax knowledge and prior software implementation experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
- Experience organizing and processing client data for software import.
- Familiarity with tax software and relevant regulatory processes.
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify solutions.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary, depending on location and experience: Colorado: $88,000–$140,000, Washington: $88,000–$155,700, California: $88,000–$170,300, New York City: $106,500–$138,400.
