Job Summary
The Fisher College of Business is accepting applications for a dynamic and experienced candidate to design, implement, and teach AI fluency in the enterprise environment to position the business school as a leader in the AI-driven business revolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a portfolio of AI focused programs (open enrollment, customized, and certificate programs).
- Ensure alignment between the state of the art, the needs of clients, the needs of students, and the overall goals of AI education in the college.
- Recruit and collaborate with faculty, guest lecturers, and external AI-focused partners.
- Represent the school at university events, conferences, and executive education program meetings.
- Teach 1-2 AI focused courses per academic year.
- Oversee AI executive education programs, including curriculum, course, and business development.
- Mentor internal teams and clients on AI adoption.
- Foster innovation and experimentation.
- Evaluate and refine programs based on feedback.
