Job Summary

Join our Finance team and play a key role in Procurement transformation. As the Senior Manager, Procurement, you will be part of a team focused on driving operational efficiencies and cost savings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative, long-term procurement strategies and processes that align with company goals.
• Lead the continuous optimization of our procurement platform, Zip, collaborating with the provider to maximize system capabilities and integrate new features.
• Design and refine intake-to-procure and procure-to-pay workflows to support scaling business needs.
• Establish and maintain strong, unified relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
• Implement and manage supplier performance metrics and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing procurement team, setting clear goals and expectations for all members.
