This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Oracle Transformation Project Manager/Director in the United States. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader to drive large-scale Oracle ERP and HCM transformation programs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, FP&A) and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) workstreams through design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, governance frameworks, and integrated schedules to maintain program alignment.
  • Drive disciplined execution across teams, ensuring risks are mitigated and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage and hold SI partners accountable for timelines, methodology, and overall quality.
  • Oversee data conversion, testing cycles, cutover planning, and hyper-care to ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain alignment and facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP/HCM transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Finance and HR processes, compliance, and integration requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage global stakeholders with confidence.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions.
  • Strong project management credentials; PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and operational mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, multi-region programs with high levels of accountability and governance.
