Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer, Catalog/Insights in the United States. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of data discovery, cataloging, and analytics governance experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design initiatives for data discovery, metadata management, and analytics governance features.
  • Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and apply findings to design solutions.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on product experiences to validate concepts with real users.
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design peers to ensure cohesive and accessible product experiences.
  • Contribute to and maintain a design system, promoting consistency across products.
  • Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques to strengthen team culture.
  • Deliver presentations and articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design for complex B2B or enterprise applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end design processes from research through production.
  • Ability to conduct independent user research and apply insights directly to design work.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a low-ego approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make strategic design decisions.
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems or experience working with data-focused teams.
  • Experience designing for data discovery, catalog systems, or data governance is a plus.
  • Understanding of accessibility, front-end principles (HTML, CSS), and enterprise analytics workflows.
