Job Summary

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead product initiatives that bridge customer needs, engineering execution, and business outcomes. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering and analyzing user feedback to translating it into actionable user stories, coordinating releases, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and enhancement requests.
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Delivery PMs to groom and prioritize backlogs and coordinate sprint activities.
• Manage release readiness, customer communications, and structured check-ins for upcoming releases.
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Maintain program dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and ensure alignment between customer needs and product delivery.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of combined experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Customer Success for SaaS or platform products.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical updates into business context.
• Experience writing requirements and user stories; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple releases concurrently.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
