Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Legal & Insurance in the United States. In this role, you will drive the evolution of a new Legal and Insurance product vertical, shaping end-to-end experiences for users retrieving and analyzing medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of next-generation products and experiences for the Legal and Insurance vertical, ensuring seamless medical record retrieval and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operations to deliver high-quality, data-centric solutions.
• Drive provider network growth through new integrations and aggregator partnerships.
• Enhance existing AI tools and define new functionalities that provide actionable insights for requesters.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and deliver measurable improvements across workflows.
• Champion clarity and structure in an evolving environment, guiding product development from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise-grade, data-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
• Background in data exchange, data retrieval, or healthcare data products; experience with legal and insurance medical record workflows is a strong advantage.
• Skilled at navigating regulated, high-stakes environments and balancing compliance with usability.
• Strong communicator capable of simplifying complexity for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Deep experience working with engineering and analytics teams to tackle technical and data-related challenges.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive, high-performance culture.
