Job Summary
Are you ready to take on strategic pricing initiatives that directly impact PGIM’s global revenue? We are seeking a Senior Product Pricing Analyst to join our Product Strategy & Development team who is intellectually curious, operates well in ambiguity, has a strong perception of risk and is detail oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM.
- Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds).
- Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations.
- Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes.
- Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics.
- Lead special projects and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, or Pricing within asset management or similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
- Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities.
- Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments.
- Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
