Job Summary
This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including defining project scopes, schedules with clear milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive the cross-functional execution of project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other relevant teams.
- Proactively monitor project progress, provide regular status reports to stakeholders, and highlight risks or deviations from the plan.
- Escalate conflicts, risks, and project issues to organizational leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for resolution.
