Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex oncology clinical trials from planning through execution, ensuring that study objectives related to quality, timeline, scope, and budget are met. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and clients, coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving project delivery with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate all functional services, including external vendors, to meet study timelines and budget requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage study budgets and ensure adherence to scope, identifying and addressing out-of-scope activities promptly.
  • Oversee study quality, including eTMF readiness, quality notifications, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, providing status updates and progress reports on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of clinical trials.
  • Support business development activities, including bid defenses and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, health-related field, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience and at least 4 years in direct project management.
  • Experience managing complex, global oncology trials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and foster ownership within study teams.
  • Experience with cell and gene therapy studies or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
