Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the United States. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex projects across the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to plan, execute, and complete moderate to complex projects successfully.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and financial analyses using project management tools.
- Communicate project status through reports, meeting minutes, and status updates to PMO and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues, collaborating with internal and external team members.
- Influence middle management on technical and business solutions to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in biotech or regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel Gantt, Confluence, Project Online, or Clarity.
- Experience in product development, assay development, or assay validation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence teams without direct authority.
- Knowledge of operational and logistical aspects of lab or regulated environments.
- Understanding of cross-group dependencies and business unit functions.
- PMP certification is preferred.
