Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner to Hiring Managers: Go beyond the job description. You’ll help hiring managers clarify what they really need and shape the right role design, interview process, and success profile.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting for Both Technical and Non-Technical Roles: You’ll own searches from end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing.
- Champion of Candidate Experience: Every touchpoint with Propel should feel human, transparent, and respectful.
- Builder of Recruiting Systems and Practices: You’ll help improve our workflows, tools, and training to make the recruiting engine more efficient and scalable.
Requirements
- Strong judgment, curiosity, and the confidence to push for clarity when things are ambiguous.
- Experience in guiding hiring managers and helping them grow into capable, inclusive hiring leaders.
- Understanding that recruiting is the first step in the HR lifecycle.
