Position Summary
As an SEO specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving both the strategic and tactical direction of our user growth initiatives. You’ll be expected to not only drive product strategy but also guide cross-functional collaborations and influence senior stakeholders. You will own SEO and web growth initiatives end-to-end—from keyword strategy and creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration. This role is highly cross-functional and will require close collaboration with engineering, product, product marketing, marketing, data science, and design teams to design scalable systems that accelerate organic traffic and conversion rate growth globally. This position will ideally be hybrid from our Bengaluru office as part of our expanding site location, though we are open to remote work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with business goals, continuously improving them based on data.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to the business.
- Plan and oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Develop and run CRO experiments (landing page design, copy tests, CTA placement, page speed improvements) to increase sign-up and conversion rates across web surfaces.
- Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, and schema markup.
- Build and maintain partnerships for earned media and guest posting opportunities.
- Lead the SEO strategy to increase visibility, drive traffic, and impact business KPIs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design SEO-first experiences.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audits to uncover key insights that inform actions.
- Build and monitor full-funnel dashboards (e.g., awareness → sign-up → activation → retention / LTV) to surface bottlenecks and guide prioritization.
Requirements
