Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Voice Access in the United States. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced voice functionality within scalable cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust voice solutions in a high-availability, low-latency cloud environment.
• Implement and optimize features across the ConversationRelay platform using LLMs and modern cloud technologies.
• Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, observability, alerting, and testing best practices.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to decompose complex problems and deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, and release processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including cloud application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record delivering reliable, scalable, and performant distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, concurrent programming, and modern object-oriented languages (e.g., Java).
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present designs, decisions, and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and distributed in-memory datastores (Redis, Memcached).
