Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, you will design, develop, and scale backend systems that serve millions of users, power amazing user experiences, and uphold the security and reliability of Superhuman’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend systems.
• Build new features and improve existing ones.
• Evaluate and refine solutions for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to define system evolution.
• Support code quality and architectural design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years focused on backend development.
• Expertise in Go, Typescript, or Python.
• Deep expertise in architecting for performance and scale.
• Effective asynchronous communicator.
• Ownership of outcomes and a bias to action.
