Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in EMEA. In this role, you will act as a key pre-sales expert guiding strategic sales cycles while also mentoring a global team of Solutions Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities across EMEA, including discovery, persona-aligned demos, value-based presentations, RFP strategies, and proof-of-concepts.
- Partner with Account Executives and regional sales leaders to support pipeline development, strengthen competitive positioning, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Translate institutional needs into clear, actionable solution requirements and deliver compelling presentations to senior university stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and informal coaching to Solutions Engineers globally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Enablement, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Direct experience in higher education student services leadership roles.
- Proven success supporting enterprise or large institutional SaaS sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills.
