Job Summary
As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue & Development, you will lead the charge in building and executing a diversified revenue strategy to support our ambitious vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and diversification through innovative strategies across all revenue streams.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 100+ fundraisers nationwide.
- Cultivate and steward philanthropic partnerships with major donors and corporate partners.
- Optimize revenue operations and infrastructure to ensure sustainable growth.
- Serve as a strategic partner and organizational leader, shaping strategy and key decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in revenue leadership.
- At least 5 years leading enterprise-wide strategy and revenue operations.
- Demonstrated success managing revenue growth in complex organizations.
- Proven track record managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
