Job Summary

Largo Honda is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and energy
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress
• Collaborate with technicians and communicate recommendations clearly
• Help customers maintain their vehicles with confidence
• Foster strong, lasting customer relationships

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Bonus!)
• Honda brand knowledge
• Strong communication & listening skills
• Technical understanding of automotive service
• Computer proficiency & attention to detail
• A team-focused, polished, and professional attitude
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
