Job Summary

We are searching for an ambitious and skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Bend Honda. This role involves initiating automotive services and repairs while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates and write repair orders.
• Maintain customer records and serve as a liaison between the customer and technician.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses.

Required Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
