Job Summary

As a Service Network Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Omnidian’s nationwide service delivery network. Your primary mission will be to recruit, qualify, and onboard top-tier Field Service Partners (FSPs) to ensure customers receive best-in-class service experiences. This position is key to expanding our reach and enhancing the performance of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify geographies that require additional service network support for residential portfolios.
  • Source, vet, and qualify prospective FSPs based on technical expertise, bandwidth, responsiveness, safety standards, and cultural fit.
  • Lead the end-to-end contracting and onboarding process – from initial outreach to signed FSA and training completion.
  • Provide data to validate FSP bandwidth, technical, safety, and training capacity.
  • Assist as a conduit between Operations and Field Service Partners to ensure alignment and efficiency for high priority and batch project planning.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline view of sourcing progress and forecast coverage needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in the solar energy industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly responsive and organized, committed to no significant email backlogs and a 1 Business Day response time.
  • Proactive, results driven, and have exceptional attention to detail.
