Job Summary

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer’s in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools.
• Create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Ability to maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $55,000- $65,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
