Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Software Engineer in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and reusable components in compliance with coding standards and technical design.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, analyze requirements, and create detailed implementation designs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues from internal and external sources.
- Mentor junior team members in software engineering practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product, and Project Management, to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and implement new technologies into software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in Java development; proficiency in a scripting language such as Python.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, Spark, and streaming technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with AI technologies, Spring AI, or Generative AI is a strong advantage.
