Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while mentoring less experienced engineers. You will work on complex projects that require strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and an ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, maintainable code with robust test coverage for medium-complexity projects.
  • Translate product requirements into scalable and user-friendly designs.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Assist with application system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and innovative software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, relational and NoSQL databases, and caching solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
