Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. Our Finance team is at the forefront of enabling our business to scale with control and confidence globally. We are undertaking a critical, high-impact project: transitioning our payroll systems for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the End-to-End Migration: Serve as the primary project manager for the ANZ payroll transition to the payroll vendor.
  • System Integration: Work closely with overall team to integrate the new payroll system with our HRIS platform, HiBob.
  • Data & Configuration: Manage data migration, payroll setup, and configuration testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation.
  • Compliance Verification: Ensure all payroll compliance requirements are correctly configured within new vendor’s system.
  • Process Documentation: Document all new payroll and system processes, controls, and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and collaborate with the current and the new provider, internal local and global teams.

Requirements

  • Proven Implementation Experience: Significant, demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end payroll system implementation or a major system transition, preferably within a SaaS or scaling multinational environment.
  • ANZ Payroll Expertise: Deep, current technical knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll legislation, tax, and regulatory requirements.
