Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support Raptor Technologies’ continued growth and expanding our market leading position by project managing successful implementations for our clients. Candidates residing in the PST/MST time zones or those willing to work standard hours within these time zones are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meets with customers following the sale to demonstrate features and functions of the software.
  • Completes system configuration tasks as assigned by manager.
  • Manages routine implementations with small-market customers.
  • Demonstrates well-rounded knowledge of Raptor products.
  • Adheres to departmental process and procedure and maintains systems of record.
  • Configure and customize software modules according to client requirements.
  • Send recap emails to provide clients with summaries of the call, additional resources and relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.
  • Conduct product configuration sessions via Teams for clients.
  • Handle auxiliary tasks as assigned.
  • Project Manage clients ensuring they are fully implemented on Visitor Management, Kiosk, and Premium Volunteer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer centric role.
  • Strong knowledge of software and applications.
  • Technical knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent leadership and confidence giving others direction.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – written and oral.
  • Ability to work PST/MST working hours (preferred).
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to meet job-related travel and transportation needs.
