Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Software Test Engineer. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing product quality and team collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact software development processes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Provide clear bug reports, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results.
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between development, product, and business teams to ensure quality goals are met.
• Mentor junior QA team members.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer in a professional software development environment.
• Proven experience in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., Xray, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Proficiency in testing web and/or mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
