The role

In your role as a Solution Architect, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within Valtech and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them. You will be an active member on client project teams playing a hands-on role in producing client solutions. You will be encouraged to continue to develop your skills, share your knowledge with team members and peers and effectively lead a project stream on a project.

Role responsibilities

  • SME in Cloud Native & Headless Architecture to design, develop & deploy applications
  • Lead and guide a team on commerce technologies, for example, Shopify / Adobe Commerce development, deployment, frontend, and backend integration.
  • Estimate an Epic, Story, identify dependencies & risks.
  • Provide enterprise solutions, taking into consideration development costs, security, performance engineering, application development, and operation management.
  • Understanding of Cloud design patterns, cloud operations with hands-on ability to implement best practices and suggest improvements.
  • Provide competitive and innovative technical decisions.
  • Analyze & provide solutions to different business & technical processes/issues.
  • Act as a sales engineer both for new projects and within existing client accounts; assess client requests and propose solutions, estimates and alternatives.
  • Provide effort estimates and solution approaches for sales scenarios.
  • Position solutions and options to client business.
