Job Summary

The Diabetes Operating Unit focuses on improving the lives of those within the global diabetes community. As a business, we strive to empower people with diabetes to live life on their terms by delivering innovation that truly matters and providing support in the ways they need it.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and development of algorithms related to glucose sensing and insulin therapy technology.
• Work with members of the algorithm team to improve the performance of therapy algorithms through the application of machine learning and advanced signal processing techniques.
• Involve in all aspects of the R&D process, including data gathering, analysis, theory and algorithm development through to validation for regulatory submissions.
• Participate in the design, implementation, debugging, testing and integration with other subsystems.
• Document algorithms for regulatory submissions both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge of machine learning and signal processing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
