Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst Data Analytics & Reporting is responsible for the intake, planning, communication, and oversight of complex projects utilizing HR data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects utilizing HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and PowerBI.
- Drive the development of ad hoc & live analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT architecture and HR Center of Excellence teams.
- Maintain data systems and implement processes to improve data reporting.
- Conduct project calls, technical work, and support HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in SQL and JSON.
- Ability to manage timelines and expectations.
