Job Summary

Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments; and designs and prepares technical reports and presentations in specialized subject matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Led the development team in implementation, design, issue resolution, coordination and communication.
• Prepares technical documentation as required to facilitate client communications and the project.
• Works closely with the project manager/scrum master, directs and controls technical activities associated with assigned project(s).
• Review the work of other developers and guide them in complex issues.
• Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology /Software engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology /Software engineering and 20 years of relevant experience.
• Must have Oracle expertise in the following applications: Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Business Process Manager, Oracle Project Integration Framework.
• Additional technical requirements include: Java; WebLogic, ADF Performance Monitoring; WebSphere.
• Possess strong leadership and team building skills.
• Enjoys coaching a technical team and influencing technical direction of projects.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal Experience, Federal Aviation Administration preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
