Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will drive sales growth by nurturing relationships with key end-user and value-added reseller accounts. Your strategic thinking and outside sales experience will be essential in understanding customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key end-user accounts focusing on demand creation for products and solutions.
  • Understand the unique needs of each account and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Regularly assess account performance and identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans annually, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with inside, outside, and third-party sales resources to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to penetrate untapped segments.
  • Drive key client sales through existing distributor network when appropriate, identifying new end users and/or value-added resellers.
  • Define, measure, and report on sales KPIs, pipeline development, and partner performance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM usage or other sales management tool is preferred but not required.
  • Technical experience and knowledge in Optic Transceivers and High-Speed Cables in Data Center AI/HPC environment applications.
  • Appropriate product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technology quickly and easily.
  • Proven track record in key account management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Willingness to travel 10% based on business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field strongly preferred.
