Job Summary
As part of the Collections team, you will make an impact in one of the most critical moments in a customer’s life. Helping customers in financial distress is core to our decision-making process and we are looking for associates who are excited about making real differences in customer’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel.
- Support step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior.
- Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with product and tech teams.
- Experience in credit risk analysis and modeling.
