Job Summary

The Senior Director of Global Product Management is responsible for leading Cepheid’s Sexual & Women’s Health portfolio with oversight over products with $200M in global revenue. In this pivotal role, they will be responsible for the management of this portfolio from their launch through to end-of-life activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets and work cross-functionally to capture such opportunities through market expansion efforts, competitive maneuvers, pricing and promotional strategies, as well as messaging and sales enablement, in close collaboration with Marketing and other functions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 2 Cepheid associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, while directly owning and managing two core products’ on-market performance.
• Support the development and lead the execution of product and disease area strategies for the Sexual Health & Women’s Health portfolio, aligned with clinical needs, market trends, and Cepheid’s strategic direction.
• Manage the product lifecycle to enhance growth and profitability, including geographic expansion, registration continuity, supply reliability, and end-of-life planning.

• Experience in managing product portfolios with significant revenue impact.
