About the Team

At Flowise, our team is dedicated to simplifying the creation of AI solutions. Our low-code platform makes it easy to build powerful chatbots and autonomous agents. By abstracting complex frameworks into intuitive visual components, we enable users to create sophisticated AI workflows without extensive coding knowledge. With Workday’s recent acquisition, we will provide customers with an easy-to-use platform to quickly and responsibly build and deploy AI agents for HR and finance. About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who is a problem-solver at heart. You should love tackling challenging problems, developing creative solutions, and guiding your teammates. This role is for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to ship customer value early and often.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Stack Development: You’ll take the lead in designing and developing the Flowise application across the entire stack—frontend, backend, and infrastructure. This involves writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code to ensure high-quality software development.
• Innovate and Execute: Make Flowise the best visual low-code tool for building AI agents. You will be helping align and implement features across our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions. This includes leveraging your expertise in AI frameworks, evals, and benchmarking to ensure a robust, high-quality product.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute.
