Job Summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) to join our team! You’ll manage and support PagerDuty’s broad portfolio of financial systems and applications, overseeing the following process areas from an IT systems perspective: Order to Cash/Order to Revenue, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the Finance applications product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with Finance and business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance system initiatives from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT product managers and system administrators, focusing on career growth and professional development across diverse financial technology platforms while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that span multiple business units, managing competing priorities and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives while leveraging your experience managing finance stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive real change.
• Utilize strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups, communicating effectively with finance stakeholders.
