About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for our Workday Testing Services practice. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and developing a team of specialist testing consultants across the UKI, DACH, South and Nordics regions. This position is not about testing product development; it is about ensuring the flawless testing of Workday configurations. You will be the key thought leader and trusted advisor, guiding our team and our clients through complex testing cycles to ensure their Workday solution perfectly matches their business requirements.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and Mentor: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and career development to a distributed team of Workday Testing Consultants.
• Performance Management: Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards of delivery, billable utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resource assignments and project staffing to balance client needs with team skills and development goals.
