Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Sr. QA Automation Engineer – Growth in Europe. As a Sr. QA Automation Engineer in the Growth team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products deliver exceptional quality and reliability to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable automation tests that are robust and independent of minor UI changes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve frontend testing processes and coverage.
• Execute manual and automated testing, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolution before release.
• Lead test projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
• Contribute to QA best practices, including bug tracking, security testing, non-functional testing, and documentation.
• Explore and implement innovative testing approaches to enhance product quality and resilience.

Requirements

• Strong experience with programming languages used for test automation such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency with technical testing frameworks and tools, e.g., Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Postman.
• Extensive experience in UI and/or API test automation within Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of QA processes, including bug reporting, documentation, and various testing methodologies.
• Interest in and aptitude for both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Creative and analytical mindset, capable of thinking of new ways to test and challenge product assumptions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
