Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Strategic Accounts Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our multi-family segment by driving growth and profitability through strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans with measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives and key influencers.
- Assess business drivers of strategic accounts through direct collaboration.
- Mobilize internal resources to ensure responsiveness to customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategy.
- Orchestrate resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the multi-family development sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Flexible and responsive to dynamic business opportunities.
