Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager, Personalized Experiences in the United States. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of personalized user experiences that expand engagement and help users discover new ways to use the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, and launch new personalized experiences to help users discover and adopt new use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science to craft cohesive experiences that integrate user behavior and content signals.
• Establish product vision, write requirements, develop hypotheses, and set success metrics for personalized features.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user engagement across multiple devices, markets, and high-traffic surfaces.
• Navigate complex product challenges autonomously and influence strategy across teams.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features to optimize user impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching personalized experiences, ideally at scale, for consumer products.
• Strong technical fluency, able to collaborate with engineers and data scientists to leverage content and user signals for personalization.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical and product concepts to executives and cross-functional audiences.
• Strategic mindset with deep empathy for users and the ability to translate insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, align teams, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to define success and guide projects from ideation to launch.
