Job Summary

The Complex Store & Special Events Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating and executing business strategies, and training new sales staff. They will work closely with the Project Manager as well as the Complex events team, and the relevant internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Creative, and Creator Services) to build a strategy for success. They will ensure that the sales team is executing on these strategies and are meeting key performance indicators. They will also lead and implement the in-store sales strategy and training, scheduling of their team of sales staff in coordination with the programming calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Complex festivals team to create and implement a retail success strategy that integrates Complex’s differing and evolving partnerships and product release calendar
