Job Summary

We are seeking multiple student-centered professionals to join our team in advancing campus efforts to prevent alcohol and other substance misuse and interpersonal violence. The Student Development Specialist II and III positions collaborate to plan, deliver, and assess educational initiatives such as Green Dot and STAND Up, working closely with campus and community partners to foster a safer, more supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the development and implementation of office-wide programs.

Required Qualifications

• Student Development Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience AND one year of experience in student affairs work or related specialty.
• Student Development Specialist III: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience AND three years’ experience in student affairs work or in a related specialty area with two years of experience in Student Affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in student affairs health, health education, public health or related field.
• Experience in motivational interviewing.

Salary

• Student Development Specialist II: $51,750.00 – $56,925.00
• Student Development Specialist III: $59,512.50 – $65,463.75
