Job Summary

CVS Health is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our leadership Benefits Verification team. Qualified candidates will be considered eligible to work from home but must live within a commutable distance from a CVS Specialty location. The primary responsibility of the Benefits Verification Supervisor is to supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department, and to provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure patient benefits are verified in accordance to the company guidelines and that patient expectations are met to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow to ensure that all production and quality goals are met.
• Coordinate procedural changes and resolve issues/problems as it relates to the department and the company.
• Evaluate and review team progress, coach, motivate & counsel staff including administering disciplinary action when necessary.
• Involved in interviewing and hiring, directing and implementing department and pharmacy wide projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree within Business, Management or Healthcare related field.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
