Job Summary
As our Supervisor, Provider Enrollment, you will help ensure client, customer, and employee satisfaction by managing and mentoring your team to achieve performance goals and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign duties and responsibilities prioritizing aged enrollment; monitor productivity and fill in production gaps when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and client concerns with a sense of urgency.
- Assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives.
- Develop, coach, and train team members to promote quality and standardization.
- Complete employee evaluations and track time and attendance.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in provider enrollment including denial management, and people or team leadership.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products to communicate, report, and present information.
- Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to provide feedback and guidance to direct reports and interact effectively with clients and management.
Benefits
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,011.00 – $63,466.20 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
