Job Summary
Define the (system – mechanical – software – hardware) architecture of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Engineering discipline Structure of product and its components in line with platform configurator.
- Ensure an optimize design to cost approach.
- Check patent.
- Identify and support management of technical risks of the Engineering discipline architectures in projects.
- Propose constant improvement in relation with platform.
- Secure the product robustness, apply standards.
- Enforce standards Engineering discipline solutions.
- Support Engineering Discipline Design Review.
- Manage the link with other Engineering disciplines / calling for hierarchical support if needed.
- Capitalization of the know-how (Standardization, Specifications, technical reports, processes and guidelines).
- Support Engineering discipline requirement Management.
- Provides inputs and requirements to the Engineering discipline for the development.
- Interface with customer for Engineering discipline architecture content.
- Contribute to refine the functions into the right sub-systems (system – mechanical – software – hardware).
- Ensure the inter-operability of all sub-systems.
