Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Italy. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across technical and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from role intake through onboarding
• Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines for candidates in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate fit
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, representing the organization at career events and in outreach communications
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS updates for compliance
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to HR leadership for data-driven decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience with proven success managing end-to-end recruitment
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and continuously improve processes
