Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Philippines in Makati City Metro Manila PH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled, qualified candidates
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals
• Screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for open positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Processing of onboarding requirements of new hires

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment (volume hiring) role, preferably within the property, construction or professional services industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• A proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail
