Job Summary

The Team Member position involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
  • Maintains the store facility’s condition and equipment to Company and/or brand standards.
  • Completes build-to’s for ordering/purchasing merchandise.
  • Controls merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
  • Keeps accurate cash, sales and inventory control records.
  • Reports all incidents including employee or customer injuries, theft, and property damage.
  • Keeps an accurate record of all shift and timekeeping paperwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment.
  • Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
