Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Technical Advisor – German speaker. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to guide customers through their identity security journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program.
• Perform assessments on the customer’s current Identity landscape and develop their future identity roadmap.
• Build out customers’ Identity role-based access control and application onboarding program.
• Ensure best practices are followed for successful project delivery.
• Advise and provide direction to junior resources during project implementation.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
• Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps and recommend improvements.
• Solve complex problems using the product’s extensibility platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for performing identity security assessments.
• Experience with Identity provisioning and governance products.
• Familiarity with networking, directory servers, databases.
• Experience with web-based APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail, especially under pressure.
• IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
