About the Role

The Technical Implementation Manager is the main contact point for the customer in the pre-launch period and will be responsible for the overall project implementation while ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and project metrics are met. This role will serve as HiredScore’s solution consultant, bridging between the development team, product team, and client during the project implementation period. We ensure that the client will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and ensure commitments are delivered on time. You will gain experience working, partnering and collaborating with diverse customers such as HiredScore’s executive team, R&D, product, professional services teams, customer success teams, and our client’s senior teams.
