About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. Your role involves articulating HiredScore’s technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients’ current HR Tech Stack. You’ll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the project implementation including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g. ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
  • Client-facing – Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
  • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
  • Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives)
  • Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
  • Configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on the client systems while addressing client-specific challenges
